Description
A photograph of a group of Dutch Dancers stopped in a parade to perform a dance. It is one of several pictures taken at the same time and include hints that this may be a Tulip Time parade. It is undated.
History
Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
