Description
A color postcard of rows of tulips next to a business with people milling around it. In the tulips are two young boys and two young girls who seem to be holding/posing two dolls. All are in Dutch costumes.
History
Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
