Description
The cover of a Fall 2014 quarterly issue of When Baseball Was Fun (WBWF) which was produced in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Their creed is: "To combine old and new Tiger's stories with a huge slice of humor, and to always honor the integrity of the game." There is a story about George Zuverink. The pages have been ripped out, but three pages are included in this cover.
History
Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
