Greeting card, pink front with humming bird, white flowers and caption "Hoping You'll Soon Be Well". Sent to Lydia Kragt from daughter Hilda Covey.
History
This card was sent to area resident Lydia Williams Kragt (1877-1956). Lydia broke her arm December 31, 1951 and received numerous greeting cards.
Lydia married Gerrit H. Kragt in Holland, MI on 4-27-1897. They had 9 children: Marie (1897- ); Art (1899-1949); Harold (1901-1985); Katherine (1904-1967); Esther (1907-1982); Hilda (1909- ); Glenn (1916-1986); Ruth (1918-2000); and Elmer (1921-1966). All 9 were born in Holland, MI.
