Description
Red Michigan license plate from 1976, with blue along the left side from top to bottom and two white lines along the bottom from left to right.  The white lines have the appearance of a waving flag.
White license plate number NNN 198 appears in the center.  In the blue area, along the left, there are 4 white stars and a white "76".
A paper tab appears in the upper right corner with a red number "78".
