This Bible was the Germ and Grietje Mokma family Bible. Several pages contain information on marriage, birth and death. Germ and Grietje were married in 1868 in Graafschap, MI.The donor, Evelyn De Vries, was born in 1872 in Fillmore, Allegan County, MI. to Germ and Grietje Mokma. She married Albert J. De Vries (1867-1919). Evelyn passed away in 1942 and was buried in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
Evelyn and Albert lived in Holland at 440 College Ave.
