Round, metal meat rack with a ring on top for hanging. Several metal hooks are visible around the outer edge, for hanging strips of meat. Four larger hooks appear in the center.
History
Items in 1947.49 are from the Netherlands. They did not arrive with immigrants traveling to America. They were shipped to the Netherlands Museum by the Netherlands Office of Foreign Affairs.
