Shawl has dark center with reds and cream color pattern around edge.
History
These shawls belonged to Mrs. Cornelius Steketee. She (Lamingje Bos) was born February 4, 1856 in Genemiuden, The Netherlands. She came to American at four years of age. Her father and her husband owned a grocery store on the corner of 9th street and River Avenue in 1887.
