Description
Olive green Kniijpkat flashlight. Pocket size with hard plastic face, light generated by repeated compression of thumb on side lever.
History
The donor lived in the town of Stedum, in the province of Groningen, located in the northeastern portion off the Netherlands. This flashlight was used by her family during WWII, when the Netherlands were under NAZI occupation. The flashlight operates without batteries, which were not available in stores during that time.
