Description

Sash, Window: 54" x 28" x 1-3/4" entire frame semi- circular window that topped a regular window; contain- ing 5 panes, the lower central one is also semi circular and measures 25%" x 10-3/4"; remaining panes flare out to complete the half circle; inside wooden frame is painted creamy white; outside is heavier and enameled black, weather beaten on the top surfaces; panes are intact, of clear window glass; modified Palladian style.

 
History
This window from the Woman's Literary Club at the corner of 10th Street and Central Ave. is original to the build- ing put up in 1913-14. Its glass, along with the rest of the glass installed in building was made by Donnelly Kelly Glass Co. at cost of $75.85. Replacements were made in 1994 because the old wooden frames had deteriorated.
