Worn by Major Stanley Van Otterloo (1921-1989), Holland, MI resident. Stanley was born in Iowa on June 23, 1921. On April 1, 1940, Stanley married Evelyn Kramer (the donor) in Holland, MI.Stanley worked for the H.E. Morse Company and lived at 163 East 25th Street in Holland, MI.
He passed away in Plainwell, MI in October of 1989. Both Stanley and Evelyn are buried in Pilgrim Home cemetery.
