named for Billy Carter, brother of US President Jimmy Carter.Objects in 1995.48 belonged to Harold B. Tregloan (1923-1997) and his wife Wilma “Bonnie” F. Tregloan (1926-1989). Both taught in the Holland Public School system, Harold at Holland High and Bonnie at Jefferson.
They lived at 267 West 16th Street in Holland in the 1950s and early 60s. Harold was active with the Masons and Kiwanis. Bonnie was a member of the Eastern Stars.
Both are buried in Holland’s Graafschap Cemetery.
